How it works for a developer?

The platform was made with developers in mind creating simple steps for all of the processes

1. Register

The platform will ask you for basic registration information and will ask you for your country of residence, basic contact info and communities to join.

2. Improve your R-ID

To tell us more about yourself you can click on “My R-ID” considering additional languages, job types to be matched and primary skills to prioritize.

A more complete profile will get you a better score for the platform suggestions algorithm and get more attention from our team & clients.

3. Apply to Communities & Jobs

You can apply to additional communities on “Communities” section and apply to remote jobs from the “Job Search” section. Find remote jobs based on Community, primary skill or job type.

4. Get hired

Once you apply to a job or receive an invitation from our team you can get the current status an “My Application Section”.

After matching steps, if you get selected for the client, the status will change to “Selected”.

5. Deliver

After you get selected the hiring and onboarding process are triggered. On the platform you will gain access to reserved sections and content to view current contracts and onboarding videos.
